Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. crumbled soft bread
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Parboil squash 5 minutes.
    Cut squash in half; scoop out seeds and pepper.
    Cook ground beef, celery and onion in butter until lightly browned.
    Add tomato sauce and bread crumbs; mix well. Spoon meat mixture into squash.
    Place in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
