Easy Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle, defrosted
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mushrooms, drained and sliced
    1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl combine spinach souffle, eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, bacon and grated cheese.
    Pour spinach mixture in pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
