Stir-Fry Salad Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen pizza pastry (puff)
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    1 c. mushrooms
    4 oz. Canadian-style bacon or ham, cut up into slices
    3 c. torn greens
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Place crust on baking sheet (12-inches).
    Prick bottom.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
    Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
    Add cooking oil.
    Stir-fry garlic and fennel in hot oil for 30 seconds.
    Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add Canadian bacon to wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Remove wok from heat.
    Add greens to wok and toss. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese over crust.
    Broil 5 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
    Spoon wok mixture evenly over crust to within 1 inch of the edge.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese atop.
    Broil 5 inches from heat for 1 minute.
