Lemon Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust (deep-dish)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat sugar and butter until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add buttermilk, cornstarch, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Pour filling into crust. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
