Waffles Or Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 tsp sugar
    2 1/2 c flour
    1/2 c melted margarine
    2 egg whites
    2 c milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with mixture until light.
    Add sugar and milk, blend well.
    Sift flour and add gradually to egg mixture.
    Pour in margarine and stir to blend.
    In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into batter with rubber spatula. Cook in a hot waffle iron until steaming stops, or cook as pancakes on griddle.
    This batter keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
    Yield:
    6-8 waffles or pancakes.
