Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes in clear water until tender.
Peel while warm.
Put in large mixer bowl and, while warm, mash at low speed. Add butter, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until well set and lightly browned, about 30 to 40 minutes.
