Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. spinach
    12 oz. mushrooms
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten well
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Wash and cut spinach (remove stems).
    Steam for 5 minutes. Drain well and squeeze out all water.
    Wash and cut mushrooms. Saute in oil and garlic powder.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden.
