Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. oil
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Brown
    chicken\tslowly\tin
    oil.
    Remove
    chicken.
    Add onion, cut
    in 1/4-inch slices and celery.
    Cook until tender. Add catsup, water, sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Season and simmer for 10 minutes; skim off excess fat.
    Place chicken in an 11\tx

    baking dish.
    Pour sauce over. Bake, uncovered, in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done, basting occasionally.
