Creamy Cucumber Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium cucumber, peeled, sliced and seeded
1 (12 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. dill weed, dried

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in food processor.
Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
