Shrimp Or Crawfish Etouffee(Eh-To-Faye; Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/3 bunch parsley, chopped
    1 block butter or margarine
    1 can mushrooms or fresh
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes or canned tomatoes and 1 tsp. chili peppers
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp or 1 lb. crawfish
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables, including mushrooms and tomatoes in the butter until very tender.
    Add the mushroom soup and cook gently for about 15 minutes.
    Add seafood and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
