Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. each: onion and bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten with 2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in either 9 x 12-inch pan or 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, in oven for 1 hour. About last 10 minutes, take out and cover with grated cheese; return to oven.
