Bounty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 c. each: chopped onions and green peppers
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 c. cooked rice
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion and peppers until lightly browned.
    Stir in tomatoes, seasonings, rice and cabbage.
    Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender and crisp.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
