Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks.
Stir in condensed milk.
Add lemon juice and food coloring, if desired.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool and chill.
Spread with whipped topping.
Keep refrigerated.
Makes 1 (8 or 9-inch) pie.
