Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
2 large cucumbers (to a qt. approximately)
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic, cut
1 clove
12 peppercorns
2 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pickling spices
Preparation

It is recommended that you do one jar at a time.
Slice two cucumbers, not too thin, and pack into jar after placing 1 teaspoon of dill in the bottom of the empty jar.
Place 1 teaspoon of dill on the top of the cucumbers and then add the other spices.
Fill jar almost to the top with boiling water, vinegar and salt mixture. Seal at once.
