Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine corn flakes, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Dip chicken in butter and dredge in crumbs.
    Place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
