Shrimp-Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
1 c. lettuce, shredded
few sprigs parsley
1/2 c. cucumbers, chopped
1 tsp. onion
mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste
2 boiled eggs
1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation

Reserve a few shrimp for garnishing.
Combine all remaining ingredients and serve in lettuce leaf.
Serves 4.
