Polish Sausage (Kielbasa)(My Grandma'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. fresh pork shoulder ground course (this weight is excluding the bone)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. m.s.g. (For that buzz. Accent is the brand name; m.s.g. is generic.)
    3/4 tsp. marjoram
    9 (nine, in case you thought a misprint) cloves of garlic (if small), 6 to 7 (if large), finely chopped
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Stuff in casing or into patties.
