Mexican Appetizer Platter(Makes About 20 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 medium head lettuce, shredded
    3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    sliced black olives
    tortilla chips (for dipping)
Preparation
    Spread refried beans on oval serving platter.
    Layer avocados, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and Cheddar cheese over beans.
    Garnish with olives.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
