Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. blanched almonds
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery, almonds, green pepper, pimento, onion, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Turn into buttered casserole. Top with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake 10 more minutes.
    Serves 6.
