Linda'S Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Make custard in microwave.
    Combine sugar, lemon rind, butter, juice, milk and egg yolks in a large 8 cup glass measuring cup. Stir well and cook on high for 2 minutes.
    Stir and repeat until bubbly and thick, approximately 10 minutes.
    Cover with plastic wrap and cool to room temperature.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Put in pie shell and chill two hours before serving.
