Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt.
Then mix cinnamon, soda, apples, pecans and flour with first mixture and mix well.
Pour in Bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
