Four Cheese Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. shredded Provolone cheese (room temperature)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    paprika
    green pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except paprika and green pepper in food processor or large bowl of electric mixer.
    Process until well combined.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours for ease in shaping and to allow flavors to blend.
    Shape into a pumpkin and sprinkle with paprika.
    Use a piece of green pepper for the stem.
    Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving with assorted crackers.
