Pecan Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. pecans (pieces)
3/4 c. syrup
1/4 c. water
3 tsp. soda
Preparation
-
Cook the first 4 ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, to 290\u00b0.
Stir in the soda. Stir quickly.
Mixture will foam.
Pour over greased cookie sheet.
Spread thin.
