Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flaked coconut (save 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender and blend 1/2 minute.
Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan.
Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup coconut over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until coconut is golden brown.
Chill overnight or at least several hours before cutting.
This recipe makes its own crust.
