Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins
    12 thin slices broiled or fried ham
    12 poached eggs
Preparation
    Split, toast and butter English muffins.
    Cover with ham.
    Top each half muffin with 1 poached egg.
    Pour Hollandaise Sauce over all.
    Makes 6 servings.
