Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Let all ingredients stand one day in refrigerator.
    Use one pullman size white sliced bread.
    Trim crust and roll with pastry roller to flatten. Spread mixture on bread; roll up and dip in melted butter, cinnamon and sugar.
    Cook in a 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Cut bread into bite size pieces.
