Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box seasoned croutons
16 oz. canned mushrooms
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute mushrooms with butter and garlic salt.
Line casserole dish with half the croutons.
Mix together in a bowl the flour, sour cream, milk, and mushrooms.
Pour this mixture on the croutons.
Pour remaining croutons on top of mushroom mixture. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or microwave for 8 minutes.
