Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (plain)
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. grated, raw apples
1/4 c. walnuts
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine egg, milk and oil in mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix only enough to moisten. Fold in apples and nuts.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins.
