Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets
    1 c. sour cream
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 to 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grate potatoes on coarse grater.
    Fold in sour cream, onions, 1 cup shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
