Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sq. chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add a pinch of salt, the vanilla and melted chocolate.
Add one egg and beat at high speed for five minutes.
Add another egg and beat another five minutes. Pour the mixture into a baked pie shell and refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream, slightly sweetened.
