Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
1 small can cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
3/4 to 1 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add enough flour to make dough stiff enough to drop by teaspoonfuls into hot grease.
Beat preceding mixture well.
Makes about 14 small puffs.
