Garlic And Anchovy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 small can anchovies, drained and mashed
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter and oil until lightly golden; remove and discard garlic.
    Add anchovies and stir until dissolved.
    Pour sauce over pasta; toss and serve.
