Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring (2 bottles)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat until fluffy.
    Make a paste of vinegar and cocoa and add to butter mixture.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together.
    Add to mixture, then add buttermilk. Mix.
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 3 (9-inch) round pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until middle springs back.
    Frost with icing and serve.
