Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1/2 c. taco sauce (mild)
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    24 tortillas
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add chili seasoning and taco sauce.
    Heat enchilada sauce in pan large enough to dip tortillas in.
    Dip tortilla, one at a time, in sauce.
    Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons hamburger in each tortilla.
    Add 1 tablespoon each grated cheese and onion.
    Roll up and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
