Filet Of Sole Aurora - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 fillets of sole
1/2 lb. finely grated imitation crab
1 c. finely grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire
sliced mushrooms (as desired)
cracker meal
paprika
Preparation

Mix imitation crab and Swiss cheese together.
Lay out sole and place crab and cheese mixture on top.
Roll fish up, secure with toothpick and place in greased baking dish.
Heat in saucepan the butter, lemon juice, bouillon cubes, Worcestershire and mushrooms.
Pour liquid over fish.
Sprinkle with cracker meal and paprika.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
