Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 slices bacon, diced
    2 well beaten eggs
    10 to 12 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 c. cold cooked rice
Preparation
    Fry cut up bacon until crisp.
    Add onion; drain off fat.
    Add rice and soy sauce.
    In small frypan, scramble eggs.
    Add eggs to rice; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add more sauce, if desired.
