Ingredients

7 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vanilla
milk
Preparation

Makes 5 quarts.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Whip cream until stiff.
Beat sugar, egg yolks, salt and vanilla until sugar is dissolved.
Fold egg whites and whipped cream into sugar mixture.
Put in freezer can and add milk to fill line.
Freeze.
