Lib'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box brown sugar (all except 3 Tbsp.)
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. corn meal
1 stick butter, melted
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix brown sugar with eggs, adding corn meal (this keeps pie from being too sweet) and beat in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into two pie shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
