Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend oil, eggs and sugar.
    Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and dry ingredients.
    Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
