Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. whole milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. flavor (vanilla, pineapple or coconut)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and milk.
    Bake in well greased and floured pan for 20 to 25 minutes or until done at touch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in three 9-inch pans.
