Zucchini Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, coarsely grated
    1 c. corn muffin mix
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix eggs with zucchini and onion.
    Add corn muffin mix.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
