Cheese And Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 c.
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry scalloped potato mix
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Run hot water over vegetables in colander until separated. Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole; set aside.
    Combine boiling water, milk and sauce mix.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Stir in vegetables and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
