Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 c. washed and drained blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
    In small heat resistant dish, microwave or melt oleo.
    Add egg and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add milk mixture to dry ingredients all at once, mixing just until moistened.
    Fill greased cupcake tin 2/3 full or fill paper lined tin.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
