Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
choice of food coloring

Preparation

Boil water, then add the rest.
Mix.
Let cool.
Store in Tupperware or Ziploc bag.
