Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in small amount of salt water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Put half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix zucchini with soup mixture.
    Put in casserole.
    Cover with rest of stuffing.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
