Transparent Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar (apple cider)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and sugar until creamy and sugar is dissolved.
    Add flour, then add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each egg.
    Add milk, vanilla and vinegar.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (preheat oven).
