Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/4 lb. Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    While beef is browning, cut cheeses into squares. Melt cheese with Ro-Tel tomatoes in crock-pot.
    Add taco seasoning, garlic powder and 1 1/2 cups water to beef.
    Simmer until water is almost gone.
    Add to cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Serve as dip over tortilla chips.
