Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 piece dried hot pepper
    1 tsp. cooking wine
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. fresh orange skin, minced
    1 tsp. dried orange skin, minced and soaked in water to make it soft
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. diced spring onion
    1/4 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Slice the chicken into 1 1/2-inch long slices.
    Mix with the salt.
    Saute in oil on high until chicken is crispy.
    Add pepper, ginger, cooking wine, orange skins, sugar and soy sauce.
    Cook over high heat until all the juice is gone.
    Add spring onion and sesame oil.
    Stir and take off the heat.
    It is ready to serve.
