Italian Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. green beans
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced or pressed
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Boil or steam beans for 10 minutes.
Rinse with cold water to stop cooking action and drain.
Return to pan and add rest of ingredients.
Toss to blend ingredients.
Serve warm.
