One Bowl Easy Mix Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft shortening
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (self-rising)
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Place shortening in mixing bowl. Set in a warm place to soften. Sift the flour and sugar into the bowl with the shortening. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat vigorously until smooth.
Bake in a square pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
